I'M POSTPARTUM

It is such a precious time as we welcome our baby into the world and it can be a whirlwind of emotions and activity as we adjust to this new dynamic of caring of a baby. But you need to be cared for too, mama. And this is what I'm here to do.

POSTPARTUM MEMBERSHIP

A virtual Pilates membership that enables mamas to get your body moving again in postpartum, from the comfort of your home.

Pilates is one of the best exercises for postpartum recovery. Strengthen your body from within through mindful movement as we work on restoring your core and pelvic floor health, along with expansive stretches that open up your posture and relieve your aches. 

​

Suitable for mamas from 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal delivery) or 12 weeks postpartum (c-section). You are encouraged to get clearance from your medical practitioner before resuming exercise after birth.
